All orders placed outside of Kenya are shipped via DHL EXPRESS. Shipping usually takes 3-5 Business days, please keep in mind that delays do tend to happen from time to time due to customs.
NOTE: Your order CANNOT and WILL not ship without your phone number, which is required by DHL to contact you, and confirmed Paypal payment. Once shipped, you will immediately get your tracking number.
Each piece is handmade, please allow 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri) before your order is shipped. If you would like an estimate on when your order will ship, please write to us through the contact page.
All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Kindly ensure it is correct. International buyers are responsible for any custom fees charged.
Customs and import taxes
Returns, returns & exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require your order number or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a 1 day.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable as it is paid directly to the shipping company used. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service such as DHL. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item when shipped via the Post Office.

All Kenyan orders within Nairobi are delivered by Janes Beads Ke delivery team. Please give clear and precise directions to your preferred delivery location. NOTE; Your order will be only be delivered after M-Pesa payment has been confirmed.
All Kenyan orders outside Nairobi will only be shipped after you give your preferred delivery courier.
How to order.
As you shop, make sure that the product currency is USD. You can change the currency via the widget on the right side of the screen or via the drop down menu on the product page. This will enable you to pay via PAYPAL. Kindly note that you cannot pay via PAYPAL if the currency is not USD, as you will receive an error code.
-When checking out, make sure to choose the correct shipping profile, which is INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via DHL EXPRESS. This shipping cost is for all items in your cart, and will not increase no matter how many products you add to your cart. Kindly note if you choose the wrong shipping profile, we will not ship out your order until the remaining shipping balance has been paid.
