KENYA ORDERS

All orders placed in Kenya are shipped either via a courier service or via our rider. please keep in mind that delays do tend to happen from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All orders placed outside of Kenya are shipped via DHL EXPRESS. Shipping usually takes 3-5 Business days, please keep in mind that delays do tend to happen from time to time due to customs.

NOTE: Your order cannot ship without your phone number, which is required by DHL to contact you, and confirmed Paypal payment. Once shipped, you will immediately get your tracking number.

Each piece is handmade, please allow 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri) before your order is shipped. If you would like an estimate on when your order will ship, please write to us through the contact page.

All orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Kindly ensure it is correct. International buyers are responsible for any custom fees charged.
